Room Share Program

While Hotel Pennsylvania is offering us great hotel prices for New York City, we wanted to offer you another economical alternative.  We are offering a room share program that makes Convergence.NYC available to you at $65 a night, all taxes and fees covered.  Room Share participants will be sharing a room with two or three more guests.  We will randomly assign guests to shared rooms and cannot accommodate any special requests for this program.  A triple room has 3 beds and a quad room has 4 beds, so that each guest has his own bed.  The living space, closet space and bathroom are shared by all guests in the room.

Room Share Requirements:

• Convergence Registration is required (Purchase a registration package) before requesting a room share.
  
• A minimum two night stay is required.
  
• Ability to be flexible and share living quarters with others.

Available room sharing dates:
Thursday, August 30, 2018 through Monday, September 2, 2018
Booking all 4 nights is recommended, and a two night minimum is required to participate in the room share program.
