Getting To Key West

Key West International Airport has daily flights from all of the major U.S. carriers.
The airport is a 10-15 min cab or Uber ride to Old Town where all of the resorts are located. By Car
Driving to Key West on the Overseas Highway is an experience all by itself. It's a 3 hour drive from Miami over bridges with beautiful water and tropical views on both sides of you almost the whole way. Keep going until you reach the end of the road! Parking is limited and expensive in Key West, so please consider that if you are planning to have a car during your trip. Check with the resort in advance to see if they can offer any reserved parking for you (It varies). |
Getting Around Key West
Walking:
Key West is very walkable - it's a small island. Many of the most famous Key West destinations are all within a few blocks of each other, if not next door. Duval Loop: Key West offers a FREE hop-on hop-off bus service daily from 8am-10pm. The Duval Loop has 18 stops on it's continuous loop around town, and includes stops on Fleming St. near the gay resorts. Taxi & Ride Sharing: There are a few cab services available in Key West. The resort or event staff will be able to assist you with calling. Key West also has Uber and Lyft ridesharing apps. Car Rental: Car rentals are available at the airport, however they are not recommended, as Key West parking is limited and expensive. |
